About AUREX

AUREX is a brand operated by its owner in Lebanon. AUREX is not incorporated or represented as a licensed financial institution, broker, regulated brokerage or investment adviser.

AUREX provides a client portal, educational and market-information content, support, community access, verified-activity displays, cashback administration and related digital services. Some features may be marked Coming Soon and are not active services until expressly launched.

Eligibility and account registration

You must be at least 18 years old to create or use an AUREX account. You must provide accurate, current and complete registration information, keep it updated, and use the account only for yourself unless AUREX has approved another arrangement.

• Protect your password and account access.
• Notify AUREX promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.
• Do not create misleading, duplicate or fraudulent accounts.

AUREX and third-party brokers

AUREX is not the broker. Brokerage services are provided separately by the relevant broker. OneRoyal, where referenced, is a separate third-party broker with its own onboarding, account, trading, funding, privacy and contractual requirements.

AUREX does not execute trades, custody brokerage funds or control a broker’s trading platform. Opening, funding and using a brokerage account creates a separate relationship between you and that broker.

Trading risk and no advice

Trading involves substantial risk and may result in the loss of some or all of your funds. Past performance, examples, market commentary, rankings and community discussions do not guarantee future results.

AUREX content is general educational or market information. It is not personalized financial, investment, legal or tax advice, and AUREX does not promise profits, signals, trading outcomes or investment returns. You remain responsible for your own decisions and for obtaining independent professional advice where appropriate.

Cashback and rewards

Cashback eligibility depends on authoritative verified activity attributable to an eligible account and on the active AUREX program rules. Displayed tiers and rates are governed by the active program configuration and may be subject to verification, effective dates, exclusions and correction of errors.

A cashback request is not automatically approved. Requests may be reviewed for eligibility, verified activity, duplicate or disputed records, compliance with program rules and payment readiness. AUREX does not guarantee cashback independently of eligibility, verification and the applicable rules. Historical settled rewards are not changed merely because a future program or rate is introduced.

Ranks and leaderboards

Ranks, progress indicators and leaderboards are informational program features based on the applicable verified data and rules. They may be delayed, corrected or withheld when records are incomplete, disputed or under review.

A rank or leaderboard position is not evidence of profit, investment performance, account value or entitlement to a payment. Any separate prize or campaign is governed by its published rules and availability.

Community, Telegram and external content

AUREX may link to Telegram, YouTube, a broker or other external services. Those services are operated by third parties and are subject to their own terms, privacy practices and availability. Participation in an AUREX community does not create a promise of signals, profits, personal advice or continuous access.

Acceptable use

You must use AUREX lawfully and in a way that does not harm other users, the service or its security.

• Do not attempt unauthorized access, interfere with the service, probe security controls or introduce malicious code.
• Do not submit false identity, trading, referral, payment or claim information.
• Do not misuse content, impersonate another person, harass others or use AUREX for unlawful activity.
• Do not automate access or extract protected data without written permission.

Availability and changes

AUREX may update, suspend, limit or discontinue features where reasonably necessary for security, maintenance, legal, operational or product reasons. Access may be interrupted and no uninterrupted or error-free availability is guaranteed.

Coming Soon descriptions express intended product direction only. They are not promises that a feature will launch, launch by a particular date or have any stated capability.

Suspension and termination

AUREX may restrict, suspend or terminate access where information is false, security is at risk, these Terms are breached, fraud or abuse is suspected, a required third-party relationship ends, or continued access would create legal or operational risk. Where appropriate, AUREX may request verification or allow an issue to be reviewed before taking final action.

Intellectual property

The AUREX name, branding, interface, original content and software are protected to the extent permitted by law. These Terms grant a limited, personal, revocable right to use the service; they do not transfer ownership or permit copying, resale, republication or creation of misleading derivative services.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

AUREX is provided on an as-available basis to the extent permitted by law. AUREX does not guarantee the accuracy or continued availability of third-party data, broker systems, community platforms or external links.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the operator of AUREX is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss arising from trading decisions, broker services, third-party outages, unauthorized account use outside reasonable control, or reliance on general informational content. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Privacy

The AUREX Privacy Policy explains how personal information is collected, used, shared, protected and retained. It forms part of the rules governing use of AUREX and is available at /privacy/.

Governing law and updates

These Terms are governed by the laws of Lebanon, subject to any mandatory rights that apply to you under other applicable law. Disputes that cannot be resolved informally may be submitted to a court of competent jurisdiction in Lebanon, unless mandatory law requires another forum.

AUREX may update these Terms when services, risks, operational practices or legal requirements change. The page will show the updated date. Material changes may be communicated through the service or available contact channels.
